Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh Filter Cleaning Method

Specific cleaning methods:

1. Strong cleaning agent and high efficiency water-based cleaning agent. Since chloride ions cause intergranular corrosion of austenitic stainless steel, the strong cleaning agent and stainless steel sintered mesh filter high-efficiency water-based cleaning agent are all free of chloride.

2. The washing water used is deep well water, filtered through a 5 μm filtration device, and the chloride ion content in the water is less than 20 mg/L.

3. Cleaning furnace: It can bake excess grease impurities on the filter element at a temperature of 380 °C.

Sintering filter cleaning process:

The filter element was rinsed backwashed with filtered water for 20 s. The filtered filter was rinsed from inside and outside with filtered water for 20 s to wash away the residual cleaning agent. Core cleaning method

The filtered air was reversely purged for 20 s to dry out the water. Rinse the filter cleaning solution with filtered water.

The filter element was placed in a clean oven and dried at 50 °C. The filtered air was back-purged for 20 s and the water was blown dry.

Use a 30x magnifying glass to check the inside and outside of each filter and the surface cleaning.

The filter element is placed in an ultrasonic filter tank with a high-efficiency water-based cleaning agent and heated to 80 ° C for 1 hour. At the same time, a hanging sheet corrosion detection method is performed in the cleaning tank to detect corrosion of the filter element by the cleaning agent.
